As a result of being privileged, it seems like many people in our generation experience an overwhelming sense of guilt which they attempt to deal with by adopting the use of an over-sensitive attitude towards indifference but to such a degree that no one is allowed to be offended and every possible adversity is deconstructed so that the domain of “victim-hood” expands to fit every person who can find an “-ism” which they are afflicted under. Masqueraded as “caring” but championing narcisim by consequence, when did everything become prejudiced?
We need a new version of aversion.
